Buck Sexton: Haiti does not legally recognize anchor babies. To be Haitian at birth, you must have a natural-born Haitian mother or father. The Dominican Republic, on the other hand, did confer citizenship to anyone born on its soil- But stopped in 2010 because of Haitian anchor babies. #breaking
