- Blackstone-backed IBS Software has signed a five-year strategic partnership with ANA Systems, the in-house IT unit of Japan’s All Nippon Airways. The plan is that IBS’s extended software delivery facility (ESDF) model – development, maintenance, enhancements and testing – will support the digital transformation and globalization of the airline’s IT and business processes.

Qunar signs pan-Asian ad tech partner
- Chinese mobile-first OTA Qunar has linked up with Vpon Big Data Group in a deal which allows Vpon’s advertising clients access to Qunar’s mobile platform. Vpon’s proprietary tech has been built specifically for cross-border targetting and allows Asian firms access to Qunar’s Chinese customers.
